Rebecca Lenetsky is a Senior Partner with over a decade of experience in U.S. Immigration law. Rebecca has focused on employment-based immigration, including the full range of non-immigrant visa and immigrant petitions. She has also represented clients in waivers for inadmissibility issues and in Immigration Court proceedings.
Rebecca's clients have ranged from multinational financial corporations and tech startups to individual entrepreneurs, internationally renowned artists and more, from nearly 70 countries. Rebecca is highly experienced at guiding companies and individuals through short- and long-term strategic immigration planning.
Rebecca has previously worked with both corporate and boutique immigration firms in New York City. She was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2021.
